Why should only the Oregon Angel Networks be the only ones given the opportunity to invest in the presenting businesses? Why can't the investment opportunities be made available to all the public. I realize that SEC security laws may come into play here, but every business is just looking for start up funds. What ever laws and bylaws that apply to the Oregon Angel Network folks seems that it should be in play for others attending the smartups events. Alan Smith D.C.
